Mental: Approaching life's challenges in a positive way by demonstrating self-control, stamina and good character with choices and actions; seeking help and offering help.

Physical: Performing and excelling in physical activities that require aerobic fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility and body composition derived through exercise, nutrition and training.

Social: Developing and maintaining trusted, valued friendships that are personally fulfilling and foster good communication, including exchange of ideas, views and experiences.

Spiritual: Strengthening a set of beliefs, principles or values that sustain an individual's sense of well-being and purpose. Spiritual fitness is about having a sense of purpose and meaning in your life. It's essential to an individual's resiliency as esprit de corps is vial to a unit's mission accomplishment. It includes but not limited to worldviews, religious faith, sense of purpose, sense of connectedness, values, ethics and morals.

Single Airman Dorm Ministry
One's social network and associations impact their life enormously. To provide single Airmen in the dorms with fun, wholesome, healthy, and responsible social activities, the chapel offers a variety of resources through base Singles Ministry programs. Arts and Crafts Centers
Arts & Crafts Centers offer a well-stocked facility, as well as the necessary information, equipment and supplies for a wide variety of crafts and hobbies. In addition, the Arts & Crafts Centers provide hands-on instruction and group classes so participants can move from novice to expert craftsman. Includes instruction programs directed toward the recreation, vocational and educational needs of customers interested in constructive and creative hobbies in fine arts, crafts, and industrial arts. It includes general arts and crafts, framing, wood working, computer skills, graphics, ceramics and pottery, photography, auto hobby. Air Force Gallery Showcase: An annual Air Force Arts and Crafts program that continues tradition by helping Internet age artists display their work, featuring artwork and photography created by talented individuals participating in Arts & Crafts programs on bases around the world.

Loan Locker
The loan locker provides dishes, pot and pans, aero-beds or futons, car seats, strollers or other light housekeeping items until your household items arrive. For more information, contact the Airman and Family Readiness Center at 759-6020.

Volunteerism
The base-wide Volunteer Resource Program is designed to fully utilize and recognize the contributions of volunteers. One of its primary functions is to help base volunteer agencies meet their needs and to help individuals find volunteer positions that best suit personal interests or career goals. Air Force Information, Tickets, and Travel
Get out and have fun! The Information, Tickets, and Travel program provides customer driven travel venues and services and entertainment activities, focusing on full service travel amenities and theme parks, local event venues, tours and information of the local area and total travel assistance. Air Force Aid Society
Military members and their families faced with financial emergencies can reach out and receive assistance from the Air Force Aid Society. AFAS provides interest-free loans and other assistance with emergency needs for items such as basic living expenses, car repair, emergency travel, and other personal emergencies. Before you borrow money at a high interest rate from a local financial institution, see if you qualify for a no-interest AFAS loan.
