Refueling the Thunderbirds

A U.S. Air Force Thunderbird F-16 Fighting Falcon from Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, gets refueled Oct. 11, 2021, by a McConnell Air Force Base KC-135 Stratotanker. Four Thunderbirds were refueled on their way to Orlando, Florida. The Thunderbirds are often joined between stops by an Air Force tanker to provide a quick, non-stop route between performances.
