Airman and Family Readiness Center

tabOur Mission
The Air Force realizes there is a direct relationship between a member's ability to successfully accomplish a mission, and the quality of life which his or her family experiences. Because of this relationship, many A&FRC programs and policies are available to promote a positive family environment.

The base-wide Volunteer Resource Program is designed to fully utilize and recognize the contributions of volunteers at McConnell. One of its primary functions is to help base volunteer agencies meet their needs and to help individuals find volunteer positions that best suit personal interests or career goals.
