Chefs from the Chisholm Trail Inn Dining Facility face-off against chefs from Taste and See, June 12, 2014, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Three to four personnel from the DFAC went head-to-head against the Taste and See head chef Jason Febres, preparing three different entrees for judges and a crowd of on-lookers. Each culinary team presented their own original take on similar dishes for judges to decide who made it the best, and the crowd voted on the ‘people’s favorite’. Taste and See chef’s came out victorious in the end, but the DFAC team laid claim to the people’s favorite. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Aaron-Forrest Wainwright)
