Airman 1st Class Matthew McClendon, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter. The Air Force is helping me accomplish my dreams. I have always wanted to be a firefighter and I plan on going back to Joint Base Elmendorf Alaska, where I was originally stationed for three years and work for the Air National Guard and be a civilian firefighter.
