Behavioral Health Optimization Program (BHOP)
Behavioral Health Optimization Program (BHOP) - Brief solution focused behavioral health interventions offered in the primary care clinic for habits, behaviors, stress, worry or emotional concerns about life problems when they are interfering with the functioning or quality of a patient's daily life. BHOP works closely with your Primary Care Manager to help develop a treatment plan that addresses the physical, behavioral, and emotional aspects of your health, including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, Sleep problems, Chronic Pain, and Attention/Concentration. Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)
ADAPT (Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment) - Promotes readiness, health, and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance misuse and abuse, to minimize the negative consequences of substance misuse and abuse to the individual, family, and organization. Services include outreach, education, prevention programs, screening, assessment and consultation as well as initiatives to prevent future alcohol misuse, prescription drug misuse, or drug use; preventive counseling, and tailored feedback to individuals or groups. Provides evidence-based substance use disorder treatment for individuals who are abusing or are dependent on alcohol or drugs. Casualty Assistance
Casualty Assistance - Provides dignified and compassionate notification to family members via the proper channels, as promptly as possible after a members is placed in a casualty status. CARs (Casualty Assistance Representatives) utilizes the vRED (virtual Record of Emergency Data) SGLI (Service members Group Life Insurance), and DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) as the sole sources of contact information for next-of-kin and other persons to notify in case of an injury, death or emergency as well as identifying beneficiaries for benefits, therefore Active Duty members are recommended to submit a new vRED upon arrival at a new duty assignment or any life changing event (i.e. address change, birth, death, marriage, divorce etc.).
