    Behavioral Health Optimization Program (BHOP) - Brief solution focused behavioral health interventions offered in the primary care clinic for habits, behaviors, stress, worry or emotional concerns about life problems when they are interfering with the functioning or quality of a patient's daily life. BHOP works closely with your Primary Care Manager to help develop a treatment plan that addresses the physical, behavioral, and emotional aspects of your health, including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, Sleep problems, Chronic Pain, and Attention/Concentration.     Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Office (SAPR) – is a DoD Quality of Life program providing direct support services to victims of sexual assault crimes. -- Restricted Reporting: Maintains Confidentiality -- NO INVESTIGATION - Report MUST be made to SARC, healthcare provider, Chaplain, SVC or Victim Advocate ONLY. -- Unrestricted Reporting: INITIATES INVESTIGATION - Whenever the sexual assault information is given to mandatory reporters (chain of command to include immediate supervisor, 1st Sgt, commanders, OSI, Security Forces) or when the victim wants to proceed to investigation. -- Assign a Victim Advocate who is trained to provide crisis intervention, information and referral of on/off base helping agency services to include support through medical and legal proceedings.   • Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)
    ADAPT (Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment) - Promotes readiness, health, and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance misuse and abuse, to minimize the negative consequences of substance misuse and abuse to the individual, family, and organization. Services include outreach, education, prevention programs, screening, assessment and consultation as well as initiatives to prevent future alcohol misuse, prescription drug misuse, or drug use; preventive counseling, and tailored feedback to individuals or groups. Provides evidence-based substance use disorder treatment for individuals who are abusing or are dependent on alcohol or drugs.   • Violence Prevention
    Violence Prevention Integrator (VPI): The VPI provides violence-related primary prevention education and training for the total base population and for those at heightened risk for violence. Collaborates and integrates violence-related primary prevention in areas such as sexual assault, family violence, work place violence/bullying, suicide, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention.The VPI oversees the Green Dot Program implementation and fidelity at the installation, and offers consultation to leadership on integrated efforts to reduce risk factors and improve protective factors that could contribute to a reduction in acts of violence across the installation.   • Special Victims' Counsel
    SPECIAL VICTIMS’ COUNSEL (SVC): The Special Victims’ Counsel (SVC) team works with sexual assault victims by vigorously defending their rights to privacy, respect, and confidentiality. The SVC will work directly with the Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) to provide advice, assistance, and advocacy throughout the military justice process. - Provides confidential advice - Protects rights/interests - Offers Legal Assistance - Advises on legal process - Attends interviews - Advocates for client concerns - Appears with client in court - The SVC Chain of Command is not at McConnell AFB; directly reports to Washington D.C.
