How to get your COVID-19 vaccination from the 22d MDG

Eligible members that opt to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from the 22d MDG now have a new way of scheduling an appointment. If you qualify and want the vaccine, follow the steps included in the graphic to set up your appointment! *Due to varying vaccine shipments, appointments will be opened up for scheduling one week at a time. Additional slots may be added mid-week, so check back later if none are available. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. 22d MDG personnel will contact you if more vaccines become available.
