MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- As a spotlight performer, individuals are chosen by leadership for demonstrating the Air Force's Core Values: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.
Senior Airman Alexandria Napier, 22nd Operations Support Squadron aviation resource manager, received the spotlight performer for the week of Oct. 24-28.
Napier manages flight pay, flying status, medical readiness and records distribution for 562 aircrew members. In the recent absence of the host aviation resource management NCO-in charge, Napier led the training of two new HARM Airmen.
“Napier played a major role during [an inspection] as a primary shift lead in the alert facility,” said Master Sgt. Ieaka Olmstead, 22nd OSS HARM flight chief. “She upheld the morale and welfare of aircrew, worked to meet their needs and provided critical communication to successfully execute the mission. Napier constantly seeks to make processes better and is the embodiment of servant leadership.”
Napier, an Atlanta, Georgia native, joined the Air Force in February 2012 and arrived at McConnell in June 2016. Her hobbies include baking, reading, movies and arts and crafts.
