As a spotlight performer, individuals are chosen by leadership for demonstrating the Air Force's Core Values: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.

Senior Airman Takia Ross, 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander support staff, received the spotlight performer for the week of Oct. 17-21.

Ross manages unfavorable information file program, processes more than 750 evaluations and decorations, updates allocation notices for in-and-out processing Airmen, and reviews and authorizes leave web requests.

“Ross is an extremely professional, hard-charging Airman who performs well above her peers,” said Master Sgt. Eric O’Brien, 22nd AMXS first sergeant.

“A polite professional with a great and caring attitude,” said Master Sgt. Michael Dichiara, 22nd AMXS section chief. “Ross will drop everything to get you taken care of and has an extremely high patience level.”

Ross, a Columbus, Georgia native, joined the Air Force in January 2012 and arrived at McConnell in May 2016. Her hobbies include rock climbing, hiking, painting, movies and working out.
