Base tax center up and running

This year, the McConnell Air Force Base Tax Center will be open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. until April 18.

Active duty Airmen E-6 and below will have appointment priority from Jan. 30 to Feb. 10.

Due to a very limited number of volunteers, the tax center will be minimally manned. Walk-ins are permitted, but please expect an extended wait time.

Along with two highly-qualified, former IRS employees with decades of tax preparation experience combined, the tax center will also have a very small, but dedicated group of volunteers who will be assisting at the tax center to help save money on tax filings and maximizing tax returns.
