As a Faces of A/R recognition, members of leadership choose individuals who demonstrate the Air Force's Core Values: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.

Airman 1st Class Tricia Morgan, 350th Air Refueling Squadron aviation resource manager, received the Faces of Air Refueling recognition Dec. 5.

Morgan prepares flight authorizations, reviews and audits flying and ground training. She also updates flying times and schedules ground training for 153 crew members.

“Airman 1st Class Morgan embodies an Airman who continuously practices excellence in all we do,” said Tech. Sgt. Kristine Clawson, 350th ARS SARM noncommissioned officer in-charge. “Every day she comes to work to give the mission 110 percent, and she does it with the best attitude. If you need the impossible done she is the Airman to go to every time. Multiple times people have emailed myself or my supervisor to tell me how professional Morgan is and how helpful she is when she could have easily directed them to someone else. As her supervisor it makes me extremely proud to see how far she has come, and I am impressed with her dedication to continuously work hard and help others.”

The Oklahoma City native joined the Air Force in April 2016 and arrived at McConnell in August 2016.

What are the best parts about the job?

I love working with the aircrew. I love creating their flights and inputting their training.

How do you feel like you contribute to the mission?

I believe I make a pretty big contribution to the mission. The aircrew need us to keep track of their training so they can do their jobs without fail. We make sure they are physically and physiologically qualified to fly. We create their flight authorizations and maintain their records.

What are the keys to success in your Air Force career?

I am very confident in my work. I strive to do better every day. I am always checking the Air Force Instructions making sure what I am telling my aircrew is correct. I have great leadership skills and helping fellow Airmen is a big deal to me.

What is one goal that you have already accomplished, or would like to accomplish, during your Air Force career?

I want to become a supervisor. I have a passion for watching others grow and I want to know what it feels like to hear someone tell me, I am a better Airman because of you.
