Below is a list of prohibited actions committed by Airmen who received Article 15s, as well as additional punishments. Nonjudicial punishment, also known as an Article 15 punishment, provides commanders with an essential and prompt means of maintaining good order and discipline and promotes positive behavior changes in service members without the stigma of a court-martial conviction.

Article 15s:
An airman first class from the 22nd Logistic Readiness Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman, 21 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order.

An airman first class from the 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman, a forfeiture of $822 of pay, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for larceny.

An airman first class from the 22nd LRS received a reduction to airman, a suspended reduction to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $733 of pay for two months and a reprimand for attempting to obstruct administrative proceedings.

An airman first class from the 22nd Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $245 of pay, 30 days extra duty, 30 days restriction to base and a reprimand for stealing and using another member's prescribed medicine.
 
An airman first class from the 22nd Operations Support Squadron received a reduction to airman, forfeiture of $200 of pay for two months, 30 days extra duty, 30 days restriction to base and a reprimand for stealing and using another member's prescribed medicine.

An airman first class from the 22nd AMXS received a reduction to airman, forfeiture of $822 of pay, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for damaging government property, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

An airman first class from the 22nd MXS received a reduction to airman basic, 30 days extra duty, 30 days restriction to base and a reprimand for stealing and using another member prescribed medicine.

A senior airman from the 22nd AMXS lost his line number for staff sergeant and received a suspended reduction to airman first class, 17 days extra duty and a reprimand for drunk and disorderly, unlawful discharge of a firearm and unlawfully concealing a weapon.

Courts-Martial:
A senior airman from the 22nd MXS was acquitted in a special court-martial for use of cocaine.

Demotions:
A staff sergeant from the 22nd AMXS was demoted to senior airman for failing three fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

A staff sergeant from the 22nd MXS was demoted to senior airman for failing three fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

A staff sergeant from the 22nd MXS was demoted to senior airman for failing three fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

A staff sergeant from the 22nd Security Forces Squadron was demoted to senior airman for failing three fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

A technical sergeant from the22nd Maintenance Operations Squadron was demoted to staff sergeant for failing three fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

A senior airman from the 22nd LRS was demoted to airman first class for failing three fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

Discharges:
An airman from the 22nd OSS was administratively discharged for failing four fitness assessments within a 24-month period.

An airman first class from the 22nd LRS was administratively discharged for minor disciplinary infractions such as: attempting to obstruct administrative proceedings, signing a false official statement, and providing forged documents in response to an Article 15 with documents that were known to be forged.

A staff sergeant from the 22nd SFS was administratively discharged for failing four fitness assessments within a 24-month period.
