MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- The 22nd Air Refueling Wing is comprised of four groups, 18 squadrons and a wing staff that carries out the wing's mission of Global Reach by conducting air refueling and airlift wherever, and whenever needed. Though much of the base sleeps during these early hours, select members of Team McConnell operate 24-hours a day to accomplish the mission.
