MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Gen. Arthur Lichte, Air Mobility Command commander, briefs Team McConnell members on his leadership philosophy at the Robert J. Dole Community Center July 27. General Lichte compared his ideas of leadership to the New York Yankees, and how they dealt with their daily issues as a baseball team.

General Lichte spoke to McConnell Airmen and civilians about operations tempo, tanker acquisition and individual priorities.
