There is now an easier way to get your test results from your medical provider. The 22nd Medical Group provides an automated message service called AudioNOTES to communicate information, test results and instructions in a confidential and timely manner.

Your provider will use a secure voice mailbox to leave important messages for you, such as your lab results, x-ray readings or other instructions regarding your health care. You may access your personal voice mailbox from any telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When a message is left in your mailbox, you will receive an automated notification informing you that you have a new message. For this system to be effective, ensure your correct telephone number is registered in DEERS. Update your telephone number by visiting the ID card section at the 22nd Force Support Squadron in building 795. CAC Card holders can visit http://www.dmdc.osd.mil to update their information online.

For more information, ask for an AudioNOTES brochure at the clinic.
