Question: Are there plans to fix the men's locker room at the fitness center? I have noticed at least a dozen unserviceable lockers. (Missing doors, doors bolted shut, sprung door frames, faulty latches, corrosion). The overhead ventilation grills are thick with dirt and dust and the carpet is extremely dis-colored and worn. I reckon the carpet has to be shampooed every so often per some regulation but you would notice a change in smell/appearance after that shampooing wouldn't you? I haven't noticed a change in smell or appearance in quite a while. Some (not all) shower heads in the shower area are missing their spray adjusters. These are just the more obvious condition issues I've noticed. Thank you.

Response: Thank you for your inputs...we value your feedback and always strive to meet our customer's expectations! We at Team McConnell take fitness very seriously and are in the process of competing for a Five Star standard. We have plans to replace select pieces of equipment, and have budgeted to upgrade the lockers and carpet within the next two years. Additionally, our staff performs periodic checks on the locker room and has noted that there are enough daily use lockers to meet our current usage. The overhead ventilation grills were cleaned quarterly, however, based on your input, we're now cleaning them monthly. They were last cleaned on 28 April. We also replaced all the shower heads the week of 20-24 April and we will replace seven ventilation mixing valves once the parts arrive. The carpets are shampooed every 2-3 months to maintain a fresh and professional appearance and were recently shampooed on 25 April. We appreciate your feedback and share your desire to have a clean, healthy place to exercise.
