MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Senior Airman Joshua Hartwell, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron, helps Master Sgt. Shad Lochner, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron first sergeant, with his interspiro air pack at the fire department, Nov. 14.
