Total Force Tanker
Col. Michael "Ninja" Dillard and Lt. Col. Jeffrey Pickard show a newly-painted KC-135 fuel pod to Lt. Gen. John Bradley, Commander, Air Force Reserve Command and Chief, Air Force Reserve, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., on May 8. The 931st Air Refueling Group's name was recently added to the fuel pod to display total force teamwork at McConnell AFB. General Bradley was at McConnell to visit members of the 931st, an associate unit to the 22nd Air Refueling Wing, the active-duty wing at McConnell. Colonel Dillard is the 22nd Maintenance Squadron commander and Colonel Pickard is the 931st Maintenance Squadron commander.
