McConnell Airman dies in ATV Accident

It is with deep regret that McConnell announces the untimely death of Airman Jonathan Blake Perry.

Airman Perry died Feb. 24 around 1:45 a.m. as a result of injuries he sustained during an all-terrain vehicle accident while on leave in Texas.

Airman Jonathon Blake Perry, 20, was assigned to the 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron as a communication and navigation systems specialist.

Airman Perry, a Texas native, joined the Air Force in January 2006 and arrived at McConnell in September 2006.

The accident is under investigation. 

A memorial service will be announced as it becomes available.
