Details on McConnell's drinking water Published June 7, 2007 By Environmental Protection 22 Aeromedical Dental Squadron MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- The Consumer Confidence Report is an annual report presenting a summary of the drinking water quality provided to McConnell Air Force Base and its housing units. This year's report, documenting water quality from January 1 through December 31, 2006, is complete. Information is included on the source of the drinking water and how it compares to Environmental Protection Agency and State standards. In 2006, no monitored contaminants exceeded the EPA or State standards in the McConnell Air Force Base drinking water system. We are committed to providing you with information because informed customers are the best allies. If people would like to review the entire Consumer Confidence Report, it is available at the Library, Dormitories, Public Affairs office, Child Development Center, Youth Centers, Housing office, and Bioenvironmental Engineering on base.
