Airman 1st Class Kayla McVietty has served in the Air Force for two years and three months. She has been stationed at McConnell for one year and 10 months. Her hobbies include cooking, attending school, working out and watching movies.

Who is the most positive influence in your life and why?
The most positive influence in my life is my mother. She is an amazing woman and has done so much for me.

What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career?
I would like to make staff sergeant for the first time I test for promotion.

Where is the most interesting place you have traveled, and why do you feel that way?
I traveled to the Virgin Islands on a Disney cruise. Each island had completely different cultures, languages and landscapes.

What is your favorite book/movie and why?
My favorite movie is "Billy Madison," it makes me laugh every time I watch it, and I often find myself quoting the movie.

If you had the opportunity to meet anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
I would like to meet Queen Elizabeth. She has met and conversed with some of the most famous individuals in world history. Queen Elizabeth also has been a witness to historical moments and the list of her accomplishments goes on and on.
