Darren Harris 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron / Green Aircraft Maintenance Unit Production Supervisor Sergeant Harris is from Owensboro, Ken., and has been in the Air Force for 20 years. He has called McConnell home for 11 years. When he's not at work he enjoys working on cars and spending time with family and friends. What do you enjoy most about McConnell? The people and the outstanding support from the local community. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It's my way of giving something back to this great nation. What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career? I have already seen and done so much, but finishing my education is my next goal. Who is the most positive influence in your life and why? My wife because she is the strongest and most supportive person I know.
