What do you enjoy most about McConnell?
I like being at McConnell because not only does your leadership encourage you to be involved in many aspects of the community; it also recognizes your involvement and efforts.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I came from a small family and being a member of the Air Force is like being a part of a large family. It gives me a sense of pride and dedication.

What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career?
While in the Air Force, I hope to earn my Community College of the Air Force Associates degree in public health. I would also like to accomplish my goal of completing my master's degree in school counseling.

Who is the most positive influence in your life and why?
My grandmother and my mother have been my inspiration. My grandmother carried a big stick while still maintaining her grace. My mother has overcome many setbacks and even when she had no income, she still gave her last to someone less fortunate.

What would you be most proud to tell your parents?
I would be proud to tell them that the Air Force has helped make their daughter a better person and has given her an opportunity to achieve a lifetime goal.

What would you like to tell someone who is considering joining the Air Force?
Goals can only be achieved if you are willing to put both feet in the deep end and not dangle them in the shallow water.
