Residents of McConnell's on-base housing now have the opportunity to complete the 2025 Department of Defense Tenant Satisfaction Survey, which starts March 3, 2024.

Survey results provide leadership with feedback about living in McConnell's housing and will guide decisions the Air Force makes about future housing concerning programs, resources and services for residents.

McConnell is one of six installations where Mayroad manages the base housing at. All six Mayroad installations ranked in the top 20 of 67 base locations. McConnell specifically had a 64.5 percent response rate in 2024, reflecting strong resident engagement.

“This year’s survey is another essential opportunity for us to learn directly from our residents,” said Sharon Shores, senior vice president of asset management and property operations at Mayroad. “Your valuable feedback informs our operational improvements and reinforces our commitment to service excellence. Building on our success from last year — when Mayroad was ranked #1 in the Air Force Family Housing Resident Satisfaction Survey for the fifth consecutive year—we are eager to continue this dialogue and further enhance our community.”

The survey is being administered by an independent third-party organization, CEL & Associates.

Residents are asked to check their e-mail for a survey link sent from AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com. All responses are strictly confidential, take less than 15 minutes to complete, and make residents eligible for prizes.

By completing the survey, residents are automatically entered in the drawing to win a $250 gift card every week during the survey period. Additionally, all participants from across the Mayroad portfolio will be entered to win $750 off June’s rent. Winners are randomly selected by CEL and will be notified by the Mayroad team.

CEL & Associates emailed the survey link to residents who moved in before January 16.

Residents who do not receive a survey link have several ways of receiving one:

Please note that only one survey link is sent to the primary email address on file -- or via text, if enrolled -- and the link may sometimes be found in the junk email folder.

The survey period ends on May 1.
