MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- The 22nd Air Refueling Wing announced its 2025 annual award winners in a ceremony Feb. 19. The 22nd Operations Support Squadron came out on top overall winning in three categories, including Team, Civilian Category II and Senior Company Grade Officer of the year, while three other squadrons each took away a pair of annual awards from the event.
The annual award winners are:
Airman of the Year: SrA Lacey Enriquez, 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron
Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: TSgt Autumn Biggs, 22nd Operational Medical Readiness Squadron
Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: MSgt Bryce Smith, 344th Air Refueling Squadron
Civilian of the Year, Category I: Mrs. Courtney DuBose, 22nd Communications Squadron
Civilian of the Year, Category II: Mr. Bruce Zahn, 22nd Operations Support Squadron
Civilian of the Year, Category III: Mr. Edward Sanchez, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron
First Sergeant of the Year: MSgt. Elijah Nigh, 22nd Security Forces Squadron
Junior Company Grade Officer of the Year: 1st Lt. Hannah Bono, 722nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron
Senior Company Grade Officer of the Year: Capt. Megan Emlong, 22nd OSS
Field Grade Officer of the Year: Maj. Avery Larkin, 344th ARS
Volunteer of the Year: SrA Andrii Skoryk, 22nd OMRS
