Make Your Mark on McConnell Housing

McConnell Air Force Base on-base housing residents have the opportunity to make their voices heard through the 2026 Department of War Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

The annual survey allows military members and their families to share honest feedback about their homes, community and experiences living in Department of the Air Force family housing, unaccompanied housing and privatized housing. The results are used to guide improvements within the community, shape future investments and maintain services that are working well.

“The feedback we receive directly from our residents gives both Mayroad and McConnell leadership valuable insight into how residents feel about living in base housing,” said Mr. Steve Witt, Mayroad operations director. “McConnell has been at the top of the leader board for the Air Force in response rate and overall score for six consecutive years, and we’re aiming to make it seven.”

Mayroad at McConnell, the privatized owner of McConnell AFB family housing responsible for maintaining, constructing, repairing and managing the community, asks residents to check their emails for the survey sent this week from AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete, and all responses are strictly confidential.

“This is your chance to make your voice heard and help us ensure that your home is a place you can be proud of,” said Mr. Robert Couch, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron housing element chief.

By completing the questionnaire, residents are automatically entered into each of the remaining eight weekly drawings held during the polling period. Participants are also entered to win a grand prize of $750 off one month’s rent.

To be eligible for prizes, residents must have lived in qualified on-base housing as of Jan. 20, 2026.

Additionally, for the second time, unaccompanied Airmen living in dormitories have the opportunity to complete a similar survey focused on quality of life and living experience. Tenants should check their email inboxes, including spam and junk folders, for an access link.

Those who have not received the survey can visit https://celsurvey.com/DAFHousingSurvey.htm for more information and instructions on completing the questionnaire.

Only one survey link is sent to the primary email address on file — or via text message if enrolled — and the link may occasionally appear in a junk email folder.

The survey period ends May 1, 2026.
