Fourth quarter status of discipline

The following disciplinary actions occurred here between October - December 2015:

A senior airman from the 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron was found guilty of assault consummated by a battery. He was sentenced to a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $773 for one month pay and 30 days confinement.  The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for commission of a serious offense.

A senior airman from the 22nd CES received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for a DUI.

A senior airman from the 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic and was reprimand for malingering. The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A senior airman from the 22nd Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class with a suspended reduction to airman, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for drunk and disorderly conduct and destruction of non-military property.

An airman first class from the 22nd Communications Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, 45 days extra duty, 45 days restriction to base and a reprimand for wrongful sexual intercourse with a married individual.

An airman first class from the 22nd Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order.

A staff sergeant from the 22nd AMXS received a suspended reduction in rank senior airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty.

A technical sergeant from the 22nd AMXS received a suspended reduction in rank to staff sergeant, forfeiture of $1,562 for two months pay and a reprimand for misuse of a government travel card and false official statement.

A senior airman from the 22nd Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for false official statement.

A captain from the 349th Air Refueling Squadron received forfeitures of $1,500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for adultery.

An airman first class from the 22nd MXS received a suspended reduction to airman and a reprimand for failure to go and being too incapacitated to perform his assigned duties.  The unit then administratively discharged the Airman with an honorable service characterization for an unrelated matter.

A captain from the 64th Air Refueling Squadron received forfeitures of $1,000 pay per month for two months for failure to obey a lawful order.

A senior airman from the 22nd MXS received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for failure to go. The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A senior airman 22nd SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for false official statements and reporting to duty while intoxicated.        

A senior airman from 22nd AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman first class for failure to uphold responsibilities as an Airman. 

A senior airman from the 22nd SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class for failing to complete mandatory training and false official statements. The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.   

A senior airman from the 22nd SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class for false official statements. The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.   

A senior airman from the 22nd Air Refueling Wing received a reduction in rank to airman first class for leaving his place of duty and false official statements. The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.   

An airmen first class from the 22nd SFS received a reduction in rank to airman for reporting to duty while intoxicated. The Airman was subsequently administratively discharged with a under honorable conditions (general) characterization for minor disciplinary infractions. 

A senior airmen from the 22nd ARW was administratively discharged with an under other than honorable service characterization for sexual perversion with underage females.
