Caputo 22nd Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- The 22nd Air Refueling Wing was recently selected as the first Air Mobility Command unit to participate in the AMC Learning Organization Assessment, and members of the wing are able to take the short survey until Friday, Feb. 13. The results of the survey will influence the command's culture and how current and future commanders approach learning, as well as various developmental opportunities for individuals. "It is very important for us to understand how we are doing in terms of supporting a culture of high quality individual and organizational learning in AMC," said Dr. Darcy Lilley, AMC chief learning officer. "In order to know where we should focus our improvement efforts, we need to know what you think about the current culture and learning opportunities." The survey should only take 10 to 15 minutes and does not require the use of a government computer or common access card to complete. "If you have not already done so, I encourage you to complete this assessment," said Col. James Dermer, 22nd ARW vice commander. "It is very important for us to know how we are doing in terms of supporting a culture of high quality individual and organizational learning in AMC."
