73rd BW Association hosts reunion in Wichita

Col. Jennifer Uptmor, 22^nd Operations Group commander, speaks at the 73^rd Bomb Wing Association 39^th annual reunion, May 30, 2014, in Wichita, Kan. Members of the association requested McConnell Air Force Base provide a guest speaker and Uptmor, was selected to speak to the veterans and their families. Uptmor had the honor of being the first female speaker during a 73^rd BW reunion event. The association is a non-profit organization of 73^rd BW veterans who served during World War II, or are family of those who served in the wing. Members of the association promote the accomplishments, activities and history of the 73rd BW during World War II, to help preserve and protect its heritage.
