MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Col. Richard Tanner, 22nd Air Refueling Wing commander, awards Airman 1st Class Ciera King, 22nd Forces Support Squadron Military Personnel Flight personnelist, a certificate for winning the McConnell Dormitory Door Decorating Contest Oct. 30, 2019, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. The three winners selected by Tanner and Chief Master Sgt. Melissa Royster, 22nd ARW command chief, received a day off, a congratulatory certificate and a basket of candy put together by the Airman and Family Readiness Center.
