MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. – McConnell’s Medical Group will host multiple COVID-19 vaccination events to provide military medical beneficiaries vaccines throughout March, April and May.
McConnell is currently on Phase 1B of the DoD mandated vaccination distribution plan. Through this plan medical beneficiaries getting the vaccine now include adults 75 and older who have TRICARE insurance and live within a 40-mile radius of McConnell.
Through the Appointy app or website, appointments can now be made for 7 a.m. – 1p.m. timeslots for the March 12 vaccination event. Subsequent events will be held on the following dates: March 18, March 26, April 1, April 8, May 6, May 13, May 20 and May 27.
These events will be held on base at the Robert J. Dole Community Center Ballroom. Appointments will be available for booking approximately one week before each vaccination event.
