On-base housing residents now have the opportunity to complete the 2021 DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

The survey gives residents an opportunity to provide feedback to the Air Force and Corvias Property Management which is used to evaluate the current state of the partnership and guide future improvements to the housing facilities and residential services.

The survey will be emailed on Oct. 28 from AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com to all residents who moved in prior to Oct. 1, 2021. Residents who did not receive a survey should contact AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com with their installation name and address. The local Military Housing Office and Corvias community offices are also available to assist with any concerns.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Questions will assess the residents’ evaluation of their present home, community amenities, resident activities, the community maintenance team and property management team.

“The results we collect from the survey will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goal to provide our residents with the best possible service and quality on-base living,” said Racheal Kuhlman, Operations Director for Corvias. “Previous surveys helped us to identify areas to change and new customer service initiatives were implemented based on the feedback.”

Based on feedback from past surveys, Corvias has increased grounds maintenance and resident communication for important reminders and events as well as expanded the pool hours.

The survey is administered by an independent third-party group. All survey answers are strictly confidential, and residents are urged to offer honest responses. Personal data is not tabulated, and the survey does not identify the resident in any way.

Residents of McConnell AFB who complete the survey have the opportunity to win prizes. The third-party survey vendor will hold four drawings throughout the survey period, each for $100 gift cards.
