MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Airmen from the 22nd Air Refueling Wing Honor Guard participated in a memorial dedicated to the deceased members of a retired air wing Sept. 16, 2013, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan.
