22nd AMXS members earns spotlight performer

Staff Sgt. Scott Vroman, 22nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Quality Assurance inspector, has been in the Air Force for more than eight years. In his off time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and football.

Who is the most positive influence in your life and why?
My wife is the most positive influence in my life because she has stuck with me through thick and thin, keeping me energized with life and focused on my career.

What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career?
I would like to pass along all the good I have learned in my career to the incoming generation an
d teach them that they can have fun in their job and still perform safely and effectively.

Where is the most interesting place you have traveled and why do you feel that way?
The most interesting place I have been is Spain, because the culture is great and the architecture is amazing.

What is your favorite book/ movie and why?
My favorite movie is "Saving Private Ryan." It has a great story about a group of men doing the right thing, regardless of their personal beliefs of the mission.

If you have the opportunity to meet anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
I would like to meet former President George W. Bush, because I want to like to thank him for his leadership and courage during a difficult time in this country, regardless of popular belief.
