Senior Airman Cholrak DelGandio, 22nd Mission Support Group knowledge operations manager, has been in the Air Force for three years. The New York City, N.Y., native has been stationed at McConnell with her husband David since she completed technical school. She enjoys shopping, watching movies and reading.

Who is the most positive influence in your life and why?
I count myself as the most positive influence in my life because I want good things to happen in my life. No one but myself can make those things happen.

What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career?
I would like to get experience. I'm trying to gain as much work experience in any kind of career field I can get into.

Where is the most interesting place you have traveled and why do you feel that way?
Thailand is the most interesting place I've been to because I was born and raised there. I feel like I never had a chance to explore my own country enough. I would love to visit Egypt, just to see the pyramids.

What is your favorite book/ movie and why?
I don't really have a favorite book or movie. I can pretty much watch and read everything except scary movies, which I hate, because they give me nightmares.

If you have the opportunity to meet anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
I would like to meet the builders of the pyramids to know how they did it. They amaze me in every aspect.
