Who is the most positive influence in your life and why?
The most positive influence in my life is my mother, Sherrie Gamez. She had me when she was 16 years old and still completed high school and college. She has taught me that hard work and education are paramount.

What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career?
I would like to apply for the Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program. I have to complete four more classes before I can apply for the program.

Where is the most interesting place you have traveled and why do you feel that way?
The most interesting place I've traveled was to Travis Air Force Base, near Fairfield, Calif. It was interesting because I was able to work in the emergency room, intensive care unit and surgical center. Because it was also located between San Francisco and Sacramento, I was able to hike through the Redwood Forest, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, visit Pier 39 and see the Victorian houses that were shown in the television series "Full House."

What is your favorite book/ movie and why?
I have many favorite books and movies. I like all books by Nicholas Sparks and I am currently reading "The Lucky One." I like this book because it is about a Marine. There are many wise things the character says that we can all relate to. Furthermore, I love Disney movies because there is always a happy ending. I think the last Disney movie I watched was "Up," and yes, I am one to blubber during the sad parts. I'm also excited to watch "Toy Story 3."

If you have the opportunity to meet anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
If I could meet anyone in the world I would like to meet Hillary Clinton. Before I entered the military, I completed a public speaking course; during the course we had to pick a speech to dissect and I chose the speech "Women's rights are human rights" by Hillary Clinton. Furthermore, I would like to meet Hillary Clinton because she is a profound public speaker and demonstrates so much passion and dedication for her work. Without her perseverance, she wouldn't be where she is today. She may even become the next President of the United States.
