Who is the most positive influence in your life and why?

The most positive influence in my life is my grandfather. He has provided unwavering support throughout my entire life and continues to push me to "step-up, be the best and leave it all on the field."

What would you like to accomplish during your Air Force career?
I would like to become a commissioned Air Force officer and work to make the Air Force the most efficient and effective military force the world has ever, and will ever, see.

Where is the most interesting place you have traveled and why do you feel that way?
The most interesting place I have ever traveled to was Iraq. It was so interesting because the cultural, social and religious practices differed so much, from say, the south side of Chicago, where I grew up, or the east side of Wichita.

What is your favorite book/ movie and why?
My favorite movie is "Gladiator" because the movie reminds me of my Air Force career--Going from being one of the best at what you do, to no one knowing who you are, to re-creating yourself and becoming one of the best again. All this is accomplished via hard work, dedication, a strong support system of peers and leadership and having something worth fighting for.

If you have the opportunity to meet anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
I would like to meet President Barack Obama so that I could sit down and talk to him about his plans for the future of the United States.
