AMC announced July FitFactor winners Published Aug. 16, 2007 By Air Mobility Command Public Affairs SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Air Mobility Command recently named eleven people from installations across the command as July prize winners just for enrolling in the FitFactor program and living healthy lifestyles. FitFactor is a new Air Force-wide youth fitness and health program sponsored by Air Force Services Family Member Programs. It's a Web-based program that encourages youths to get up, get out and get fit. Children between 6 and 18 can earn points for being active in a variety of ways - from participating in team sports to accomplishing household chores. FitFactor has five levels, energy, strength, agility, adventure and endurance. Contestants can win prizes for completing tasks from each level and logging their progress on the FitFactor Web site. AMC bases are offering prizes including MP3 players and $15 music cards to monthly FitFactor winners during July, August and September. Also, at the end of this year's program, Sept. 30, AMC Services will award one grand prize winner from each AMC installation with a two gigabyte MP3 player. All prize winners are randomly selected from a pool of registered FitFactor participants. Here are the children who won MP3 players in July.
