McConnell football team competes against WSU
The McConnell Air Force Base varsity flag football team competes against a Wichita State University intramural team during a Young Men's Christian Association spring league tournament, April 18, 2010, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. The base team has 15 active-duty military members from different career fields. The team is currently playing in a six-week season for a position in the YMCA play-offs.
