Commissary Scholarship
MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- McConnell’s commissary would like to recognize the following 2008 Military Scholarship winners; Rachel Welte, daughter of Mark and Darlene Welte, Ashley Hartman, daughter of Chief Master Sgt. (ret) William and Diane Hartman, and Alyx Dodds daughter of Lt. Col. Mark and Cori Dodds,. Each recipient will receive a $1,500 scholarship towards the college or university of their choice.
