Boom operator completes 500 combat missions
Tech. Sgt. Dwight Miller, 349th Air Refueling Squadron boom operator, recently achieved the milestone of 500 combat missions on his 15th deployment as a boom operator with the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing out of Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Boom operator completes 500 combat missions
Tech. Sgt. Dwight Miller, 349th Air Refueling Squadron boom operator, refuels an F-16 Fighting Falcon during his 15th deployment as a boom operator with the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing out of Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Miller completed his 500th combat mission on his deployment his, during his career Miller has refueled nearly every type of U.S. Air Force aircraft including bombers, cargo and fighters, as well as U.S. Navy, French, British, Germany, Australians, Saudi Arabians and Netherlands fighters.
