MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Major Xiomara Santana-Jones, 22nd Aerospace Medicine Squadron, briefs building 750 personnel in the base fitness center about symptoms and antidotes for Anthrax during a major accident response exercise, Oct 15. The McConnell members’ role during the exercise was simulating symptoms of the Anthrax virus and to go through a decontamination line. MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Team McConnell members play Texas Hold’em during a tournament at Club McConnell, Oct. 18. Tournaments are held at the club every Saturday at 6 and 8 p.m. until Nov. 15. The winner of each session will earn a seat at the final tournament Nov. 22. The tournament’s grand-prize winner will receive $500 in services bucks, which can be used to purchase tickets from Information Tickets and Travel, a massage from the fitness center, rent an inflatable, camper or boat from Outdoor Recreation.
