Paul Edward Kingsley, who died in 1943 and 1944 respectively, while serving in World War II. 22nd Air Refueling Wing and 184th Intelligence Wing Honor Guard Airmen fold a 48-star American Flag, Aug. 10, 2015, in Wichita, Kan. The flag and one other were presented to the family of Staff Sgt. Dale Francis and Pfc. Paul Edward Kingsley when they died in 1943 and 1944, respectively, during World War II.
