Team McConnell opens facilities at KRA

Lt. Col. Louis Lilley, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron commander, Col. Jamie Crowhurst, 22nd Air Refueling Wing commander, Senior Airman Dakota Tyree, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems journeyman, and Maj. Colin Huckins, 22nd Force Support Squadron commander, cut a caution tape to mark the opening of the communal showers and laundry facilities located by the Krueger Recreational Area ponds Dec. 3, 2010, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. The construction, which lasted approximately five months, was designed to train Airmen about similar structures that they will build in a deployed environment.
