Derby Boy Scouts Troop 692 members plant flowers at the base chapel April 15, 2010, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Troop 692 re-landscaped the base chapel as a community project to earn a scout merit badge, while also saving the chapel more than $800 in landscaping costs. The base chapel supports the wing mission and combatant commanders by providing spiritual care, advice to leadership and free exercise of religion to all assigned personnel and their families.
