Staff Sgt. Trevor Fettig and Senior Airman Carrie Gay, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Readiness emergency management journeymen, get a final brief from Master Sgt. John Werner, the Emergency Management flight chief, during a unit mission readiness exercise, March 27, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Sergeant Fettig and Airman Gay make up the survey team which goes into an unknown situation to establish if an area is contaminated. Sergeant Fettig hails from Lompoc, Calif. and is deployed from Travis AFB, Calif. Airman Gay hails from Sacramento, Calif. and is deployed from McConnell AFB, Kan. Master Sgt. Werner hails from Kansas City, Kan. and is deployed from Anderson AFB, Guam. All are deployed in support of Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
