Arbor Day keeps McConnell green

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --Col. James Vechery, 22nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and Kallie Tillman, Oaklawn Elementary School student, mulch an young Oak tree near the base’s main pavilion for an Arbor Day Ceremony, April 24.
