MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. -- Members of the 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron fire department inspect a suspicious package from a distance outside of building 750, Oct. 15. The suspicious package was part of a major accident response exercise, testing the base’s procedures and response time if an emergency should occur.
