Airman helps restore historic aircraft

A B-29 Superfortress nicknamed ‘Doc,’ is being restored by volunteers inside a Boeing hanger, July 22, 2014, in Wichita, Kansas. The aircraft was originally built in Wichita during World War II and has since returned in 2000 to be restored. Project leadership are expecting to test-fly the aircraft later this year.
